Clan System

This was drawn up at the beggining of the clan to prevent corruption forming and to ensure a fair enough say as possible for everyone in the clan:

Minor Diccissions are to be voted upon ussually just by Officers and sometimes voted upon by the whole clan (in which case it would take place on the clan forums).
Major Diccissions will be decided either by a vote of officers or just decided between the Everstiluutnantti and the Majuri.
All members must conform to the clan rules, officers and lower ranks alike.
All publics must conform to the rules of the server, be they members of another clan or clan-free players.
These "guidelines" may only be discarded from a paticular diccission if the 2 highest ranks agree.
