A 'Purge' of Inactive Jagers

Thanks to this new squad system we finally have the opportunity to weed out the more inactive members easily, I will be asking all NCOs and Commanders to report to me on their members' inactivity, we may well drop down from 40 players to 30 players within 2 weeks, but we shall re-build, and 10 active die-hard Jagers is always preferable to 100 inactive noobs, so be on the look out, get to trainings and don't get caught out, and if you really cannot handle being a part of this Battalion resign with honour to me before being discharged with discrace. I realize to most of you this may sound like a bad thing, a 'purge', but we must maintain our discpline and activity, otherwise our whole clan will fall apart, in 27th we try to operate in a more democratic manner then in alot of units, but that does not give you the right to just 'skip' a training, we work together, fight together, and succeed together, and if you are falling behind and being lazy you cannot remain as a part of this Battalion, we cannot have laziness in our unit, we must operate as 1 un-defeatable, but fair and democratic force to help this mod survive and to earn honour on the field of glory. We all have a duty to this battalion, and we all must keep going to help the mod and the 27th keep going, and if you cannot be active enough to help the Battalion then you can no longer be a part of the 27th, and you must choose between resigning to me now with honour in-tact or being weeded out and kicked.

Hakala I could hug you for trying keep order. Though i do have realivance for this topic. at the start of summer break i should have time to show up for trainings. And i should be able to keep coming untill the school year starts once more in august.
